I’ve used this product with some solid success, yet I’ve actually found that this gas crisis is so out of hand, I’ve resorted to drastic measures.
Recently I converted my 04 Cadillac to utilize water as fuel from an easy to install kit, I obtained online from a company called [..]

Mileage Indicator have been very old technology that came in stock (part of the speedometer) to many vehicles all the way back in the 1999. Eg: most of the BMW 3 series. Plus you could help yourself save money for gas by developing a better driving habit (slow down on the acceleration, keep constant speed, etc…) rather than spending extra 150 for this device that only tells you how much gas you are using. Nevertheless, this device would be highly inaccurate for older vehicles anyways since older car inevitably inefficient compare to newer cars, resulting in lower gas mileage. Common sense, think about it. They might make money of from others not so informed buyer but never from me.

I played around with the ScanGuage for about 2 months. To long to return the unit. The only thing this device is good for is to run my battery down, to the point my car will not start. The mfg will not even respond to my email.

I like to try and squeeze all I can out of a tank full and this item does very little to that end.
You can calculate your mpg yourself. Don’t need to see some stupid fluctuating readout for this.
I drive a Honda so the other info that the device displays is unnecessary.
Lastly, You can have your codes read for free at most auto parts stores.
BIG POSITIVE for Amazon – A refund was granted with no problems.

I connected this unit and usedit for a 2 weeks. Then I took a trip of 550 miles round trip. With my vehicle set on cruise at 72 MPH the gauge was showing miles per gallon of from 8 to 14. When arriving I filled up and computed the MPG using the trip gauge in my car and I averaged 36MPG. The same happened on the return trip. BAAD NEWS FOR ME>>>>
